North Star Jiu-Jitsu provides private and semi-private lessons guided by the five elements of Jiu-Jitsu: standing self-defense, striking, clinching and throwing techniques, grappling, and philosophy. The gym recognizes that Jiu-Jitsu has a low retention rate among new students and combats this by providing clearly stated goals, patience, and programs to help students follow their North Star.
