The mission of One Kick's Gym is to teach adult and youth students through the use of select, systematic techniques in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, and Jiu Jitsu helping them to become strong, confident, disciplined and skilled Martial Artists. Welcoming new students since 1993, from beginners to professional and amateur fighters.
