Their program combines 4 different styles to help create a versatile and effective martial artist: Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and Eskrima. 360 represents their approach to teaching, covering the three main areas of self defense: Stand up, Ground and Weapons, while also covering all aspects of martial arts development for the heart, mind and body.
